Edurary LLC (“Edurary,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This
Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our website, create an
account, become a vendor, or purchase digital content. By using the Edurary Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect
We may collect: (a) Account data (name, email, password hash, role); (b) Payment data (billing address, tokenized payment
ID, last four digits of card); (c) Vendor data (tax ID, bank details, uploads); (d) Communications; and (e) Device and analytics
data including cookies, IP, and browser type.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process data to (i) provide services and fulfill purchases; (ii) verify identity; (iii) comply with legal obligations; (iv) improve
the Platform; and (v) market products consistent with consent. Legal bases include performance of a contract, compliance
with law, legitimate interests, and consent.

4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Users may request
deletion or correction at contact@edurary.com. Some records (e.g., tax or transaction data) may be retained as required by
law.

5. Children’s Data (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided data, we will
delete it promptly.

6. Rights of Users
Depending on jurisdiction, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port their data and to object to processing.

authorized personnel only.

Edurary Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Edurary.com or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree,
you may not use the Platform.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
credentials and all activity under your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to posting unlawful content, infringing intellectual property,
transmitting malware, or attempting unauthorized access.
4. Vendor and Content Ownership
Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Edurary a license to host, market, and deliver it to customers.
Vendors must ensure all materials are lawful, accurate, and compliant.
5. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed through Stripe Connect in USD. You authorize Edurary to charge your payment method for
products and applicable taxes.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Digital goods are non■refundable except as required by law. Edurary may issue refunds for duplicate transactions or
defective files at its discretion.
7. AI and Disclosure Requirements
Vendors using AI in content creation must disclose it. Misrepresentation or deceptive labeling may result in suspension.
8. Termination
Edurary may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or inactivity. Users may cancel their account at any
time by contacting support.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided ‘as is.’ Edurary disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and
non■infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
Edurary’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding six months or USD 10,000, whichever is
greater.

11. Arbitration and Governing Law
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arkansas under the AAA rules, except where court jurisdiction is
required for injunctive relief.
12. Amendments
Edurary may modify these Terms by posting updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Edurary Checkout & Payment Terms

1. Purchase Acknowledgement
By completing a transaction on Edurary.com, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the product description, price,
and license terms.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Digital resources are delivered electronically immediately after payment. You are responsible for maintaining internet access
to receive downloads.
3. No■Refund Disclosure
Due to the nature of digital goods, purchases are final except where defective or misrepresented, consistent with Edurary’s
Refund Policy.
4. Automatic Renewals
Membership and subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any
time through your dashboard.
5. Taxes and Fees
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales or value■added taxes may be collected where required by law.
6. Payment Authorization
You authorize Edurary and Stripe to charge your designated payment method for the total purchase amount, including
applicable taxes and fees.
7. Fraud Prevention
Transactions are subject to fraud screening. Edurary reserves the right to delay or cancel orders suspected of unauthorized
use or violation of law.

9. Dispute Process
Customers must notify Edurary of payment disputes within seven (7) days of charge. Edurary will review and respond within a
reasonable timeframe.

These Checkout Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and the United States.
